Anders believes that exponential technology is the key driver to bring transformation in education. He supports the fact that there will be lots of jobs created but at the same time many jobs will go away due to robots, automation and digitalization. For these reasons, the education needs a change of approach in the near future. He emphasis the fact that we need to educate our children in skills which are unique for us. However, there are not that many schools and universities which focus on these unique skills. Thus, there is a need to build up a practical approach towards the education and backup the institutions and businesses that are trying to bring a change in the society.

Anders also supports the idea of bootcamp learning and feels that all Edtech companies striving hard to transform the approach of IT education from theoretical to practical should be supported by funds. Anders’ organization Katapult Accelerator is doing an amazing job by investing in the idea of exponential technology and supporting many StartUp companies which are exploring technologies such as AI, block chain and virtual reality which are helping solve difficult challenges in the society and environment. Additionally, Anders commented:
"The future of the EdTech companies are very bright and we must believe in their efforts to bring an impact on the education society. I also believe that learning system such as bootcamps which are very interactive are the way to transform education".
